M-Files

Micronet's document management tool provides integration between M‑Files document management software and Micronet. Using this tool, documents that are available within M‑Files – such as creditor invoices and credit notes, customer contracts and work logs for jobs – can be automatically imported into Micronet.

Depending on the type of document imported, the tool will either:

• create a new transaction in Micronet with the original document attached, e.g. a creditor invoice in M-Files will create a creditor invoice in Micronet
• attach the original document to the appropriate file in Micronet, e.g. attach a customer contract to a customer or a work log to a job.

When an M-Files document attachment is selected in Micronet, Micronet downloads the document from M-Files and displays it on the screen. This saves users from having to re-key data into Micronet that is already available in M‑Files and makes the documents available from within Micronet.
